Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage utilizes soft tissue manipulation to release tension in the body. My style incorporates techniques gathered from 1000+ hours of training including Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Traditional Thai Massage, somatic bodywork and energy work. Every session is customized to the client’s goals that day. Hot towels may be incorporated.

Therapeutic Massage for Pregnancy
Congratulations on this exciting time! As a mother of one and huge fan of prenatal self-care, I incorporate both trained and personal experience into my style of pregnancy massage. Pillows and cushions are used to prop the body to ensure comfort and safety for mother and baby, and a neutral oil is used. Mothers at any trimester are welcome.

Therapeutic Massage with Cupping
Sometimes, stuck tissues benefit from the additional power of suction cups to release their tension. The suction from the cups decompresses the layers of tissue, creating more space for circulation. While cupping offers benefits for healthy adults, it may not be recommended for people with certain conditions, recent surgeries, or someone who is pregnant (up to three months postpartum). We can discuss if cupping is appropriate for you upon your arrival. Read more about cupping here.
